These are the terms and conditions on which the property set out in your booking schedule is made available for your use. Please read these terms carefully before booking with us.

If you made your booking request through a booking agent other than Noosa Secret Destinations or a website other than https://www.noosasecretdestinations.com.au, then you should also read the terms applicable to a booking through that other booking agent or website.

Together with those terms, these terms and conditions tell you everything you need to know about booking with us.

1. Who are we and how to contact us

(a) Who we are. We are the owners of the property set out in your booking schedule. Our agent, Noosa Secret Destinations Pty Ltd, is a real estate agent licensed in Queensland, Australia. Our agent has authority to act on our behalf and may exercise our rights under these terms.

(b) How to contact us. You can contact us through our agent at https://www.noosasecretdestinations.com.au/contact

(c) How we will contact you. We will contact you through our agent and the information provided by you with your booking request.

2. Making a booking

(a) How you can make a booking. Bookings are made solely through our agent.

(b) Acceptance of your booking. Your booking request, made through a website or other communication, together with payment of the deposit, is an offer from you to us to use the property for the dates you nominate. We may accept or reject your booking request in our absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your booking request takes place when we email you to confirm we’ve accepted your booking request and received your deposit. It’s at this point that a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we reject your booking request, we will refund your deposit.

(c) Restrictions on who may make a booking. To make a booking, you must be at least 24 years old and be authorised to use the payment method which you use to pay for the booking. We may ask you for proof of age.

(d) People staying at the property. You must stay at the property for the duration of the booking. Within the timeframe requested by us, you will need to identify the guests who will be staying with you during your booking. No other people will be able to stay at the property. We may accept or reject any changes to your guests in our absolute discretion.

(e) Requested information. You will need to provide to us information requested in connection with your booking within the timeframes we advise.

(f) Consider insurance. We recommend that you and your guests insure against any losses that you may incur in connection with your booking and intended stay on the Sunshine Coast.

3. The property

(a) Description of the property. The pictures of the property provided are for illustrative purposes only. We endeavour to keep the property in good condition, but over time changes are made. We can’t guarantee that photos or a device’s screen replicate the current condition of the property. If there is a specific piece of equipment or furniture you require for your stay, please check with us prior to making your booking request.

(b) Presentation of the property. We will arrange for the property to be cleaned prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, the condition of the property is subject to any adverse weather conditions that affect the presentation of the property following cleaning but prior to your check-in.

(c) Location of property. This is shown on the property page at https://www.noosasecretdestinations.com.au/. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the location prior to your booking commencing.

(d) Building works and roadworks may materially and adversely affect your enjoyment of the property. The property is in a suburban location. Building or road work may be undertaken at locations nearby. These works may cause noise disturbances, interruptions to services or changed traffic conditions. These are outside of our control and we won’t reduce any fees for your booking as a result of those works.

(e) How we will provide linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning services. On your arrival at the property the beds will be made up (excluding sofa beds and trundles) and a bath towel beach towels and toiletries will be provided for each guest identified to us. If you stay 10 nights or more, the property will be serviced mid-stay at a time nominated by us, as set out in your booking schedule. If you refuse entry to the cleaners, then this service will not be rescheduled.

(f) How we will deal with any malfunctions or repairs during your booking. We maintain the property with a view to limiting any malfunctions during your booking. If it is within our control, we will seek to repair or replace promptly any fixture, fitting or service that fails during your booking. We appreciate your cooperation in allowing this to occur. Nevertheless, we don’t accept liability for, and no compensation will be offered in connection with, any such failure.

4. Arrival and departure

(a) Check-in. Check-in is at the property, no sooner that 2:00pm on the first day of your booking. Please advise us of your intended check in time at least 7 days prior to the start of your booking.

(b) Check-out. Check-out is no later than 10:00am on the final day of your booking. If you vacate the property after 10:00am, then you will be charged an additional accommodation fee of $50 per half hour that you remain at the property. On departure, all keys and access devices are to be returned and the property left clean and tidy. This includes:

(i) all rubbish being removed from the property and placed in the appropriate outside bins – red for general, yellow for recycling and green for garden waste;

(ii) all windows and doors being closed and locked where a lock is provided;

(iii) all furniture and decorative items being replaced to their original position.

(c) Personal belongings. You are responsible for your belongings, which remain at your risk. All personal belongings must be removed at the end of your stay. If personal belongings are left at the property and are located, then we will post these to you, subject to receiving payment for postage and an administration fee.

5. Using the property

(a) You will be responsible for anyone using the property during your booking. You must procure that each person using the property complies with these terms as if they were named in these terms as you.

(b) The property is a residential dwelling and may not be used for any other purpose. The property may be used only for private holiday accommodation by the guests identified on the booking schedule. The property may not be used for any other purpose, including any business purpose or any function, party, wedding, yoga retreat, photoshoot or other gathering. ”Schoolies” bookings are not permitted.

(c) Only agreed guests may use the property. Only the guests who are set out in the booking schedule may stay overnight at the property.

(d) Security. You are responsible for the security of the property during your stay, including securing windows, doors and awnings to protect the property and its contents from adverse weather conditions.

(e) Use of any pool, waterslide and recreational equipment is at your own risk. Any use of any pool, spa, waterslide other body of water, gymnasium, surf and stand-up paddle board, surf ski, wind surfing or other equipment is at your own risk. There may not be a fence between the property and the respective body of water. You should exercise care around water, particularly for those who may be unable to swim. Neither we, nor our agent, nor anyone acting on our behalf, is responsible for any injury or loss resulting from that use.

(f) You can hire equipment for your stay. Equipment can be hired through The Sands Holiday Hire. If another hire company is used, then delivery and pickup of the items can only occur during your stay. You are responsible for return of equipment hired.

(g) Concierge Services. Our agent may provide additional concierge services upon request, and will notify you if extra service fees apply for any services provided.

(h) No animals. No animals may be brought onto the property.

(i) Other terms of use. You must comply with any laws, rules or directions of any body corporate governing the property, any house rules that apply to the property, and any lawful direction from us.

(j) No nuisance or dangerous materials. You will not create (or allow to be created) any noise or other nuisance from the property. No outside activities are permitted at the property between 22:00 and 08:00 each day. You will not bring onto the property any thing that presents a danger or hazard to persons or property.

(k) No unlawful activities. You will not carry out (or allow to be carried out) any unlawful thing on or from the property.

(l) No smoking. No smoking is permitted the property at any time.

(m) Car parking. You should use only car parking that is available for occupants of the property (if any). Street parking should be kept to a minimum.

(n) No damage. You will not damage any part of the property or any chattels, fixtures or fittings in the property.

(o) We may enter the property. If in good faith we suspect that these terms have been, or are being, breached, then we may inspect the property without notice. We may also enter the property without notice in an emergency situation or as required by law or a public official. We may otherwise inspect the property following 24 hours’ prior notice, which may be verbal or in writing.

6. Your rights to change or cancel your booking

(a) How to change or cancel your booking. If you wish to change or cancel your booking you should contact us in writing. Each time you change or cancel your booking you will pay an administration fee.

(b) When you can change the start date for your booking. You can change the start date for your booking up to 60 days before your booking begins by moving the start date to another date within 12 months of the existing start date. Any change is subject to the availability of the requested new dates and the accommodation fee payable for the new dates.

(c) You can always cancel your booking or certain days of your booking. If you cancel your booking or certain days of your booking, then you will pay the accommodation fee calculated in accordance with paragraph 8(b) (Fees and charges) of these terms.

(d) We will re-list the property as available for any day(s) cancelled by you. If an alternative booking is made for a day cancelled by you, then we will refund to you any amount of the accommodation fee we received from you for that day.

(e) These terms apply irrespective of the reason you might wish or need to cancel your booking. This includes any cancellation by you because of any cancellation or changes of any airline or transport provider, act of God, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine requirement, transport restriction, border closure, war, terrorism, civil strife or change of law.

7. Our rights to change, cancel or end your booking

(a) If we cannot fulfil your booking. In the unlikely event that we determine that we’re unable to fulfil your booking (for example because we are using the property, the property is damaged, being renovated, we are prohibited (other than because of your actions or omissions) by law or regulation from doing so, or the property is sold), we will let you know as soon as practicable and refund any accommodation fee received for your booking.

(b) If you breach these terms and conditions. We may end your booking immediately by written notice to you if:

(i) you breach in any way paragraphs 2(d) (People staying at the property), 5(b) (Permitted use), 5(i) (Unlawful activities), 5(m) (Access to the property), 8 (Fees and charges), 11 (Payment) of these terms;

(ii) we determine in good faith that you have or may breach paragraphs 5(b) (Permitted use), 5(i) (Unlawful activities) of these terms; or

(iii) you breach consistently or in any material way any other provision of these terms.

(c) If you are staying in the property and we end your booking. If we end your booking, you must immediately vacate the property.

(d) No refunds. If we end your booking for the reasons set out in paragraph 7(b), we will not refund any money paid to us for the booking.

8. Fees and charges

(a) You will need to pay the accommodation fee before your booking begins. The accommodation fee set out in the booking schedule is to be paid as follows:

(i) 50 per cent. on making your booking request; and

(ii) the balance 60 days prior to the first date of your booking.

(b) You will need to pay some or all of the accommodation fee if you cancel some or all of your booking. If you cancel your booking 60 or more days before to the first date of your booking, then you will pay 50 per cent. of the accommodation fee set out in the booking schedule. If you cancel your booking less than 60 days prior to the first date of your booking, then you will pay the entire accommodation fee. If you want to cancel only some days of your booking, then these arrangements will apply pro rata for the days cancelled.

(c) You may need to pay an administration fee. In addition to any other obligations you are required to pay an administration fee of $20-$100 as determined by us per instance of:

(i) breach of these terms by you, resulting in action or attendance at the property by us;

(ii) each inspection determined by us in good faith to be necessary to investigate any breach or suspected breach of these terms;

(iii) each item damaged and occasion of damage for which you indemnify us pursuant to paragraph 10(a) (Your responsibility for loss and damage) of these terms, and

as otherwise set out in these terms.

9. Our responsibility for loss and damage

(a) We are responsible to you only for damage that is directly caused by us. If we breach these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is directly caused by our breach this agreement. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage indirectly caused by our breach. In addition, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business or business interruption.

(b) We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Your responsibility for loss and damage

(a) Indemnity. You indemnify us and our agent on demand for any loss or damage arising in connection with:

(i) any personal injury or death resulting from use of the property without adequate supervision or reasonable care;

(ii) personal injury, death or property damage caused by you or your guests;

(iii) any beach of these terms;

(iv) the cost of reinstating the property or any chattels, fixtures or fittings in the property, damaged during your stay;

(v) the cost any cleaning during or following your stay that is in excess of usual cleaning costs, as determined in good faith by the cleaners of the property;

(vi) if any animals are brought onto the property, the cost of any cleaning or treatment determined by us in good faith to be necessary or desirable;

(vii) the cost of replacing any keys, access tokens or alarm devices lost or damaged during your stay, and the cost of replacing or reprogramming any related locks, access or alarm systems; and

(viii) the costs of our advisers and agents incurred in enforcing these terms.

(b) You are liable for our indirect loss. As you know, the property is marketed as holiday accommodation for other guests. As a result our loss will include, and you will be responsible for, any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business or business interruption caused by your breach of these terms.

11. Payments

(a) How to pay us. All payments by you must be made in Australian dollars. You may pay by American Express, Visa, Mastercard or electronic transfer of freely available funds for same day value to the account nominated by us. Any transfer or foreign exchange fees are for your account.

(b) You will need to provide a credit card no later than check-in. The nominated credit card may be an American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit card only and not a debit or pre-paid card.

(c) What we can charge to your nominated credit card. We may charge the credit card any and all amounts due from you to us, including pursuant to paragraphs 8 (Fees) and 10 (Your responsibility for loss and damage) of these terms. This is in addition to our rights under paragraph 11(f) of these terms.

(d) We will place a pre-authorisation on your nominated credit card. At or around check-in we will place on your credit card a pre-authorisation amount determined by us of between $500 and $2,000. The amount pre-authorised does not limit the amount that may be charged to the credit card or recovered from you. If the day following check-out we are not aware that any charge is to be made against your credit card, then we will instruct that the pre-authorisation be released.

(e) How we will pay you. Any refunds or payments from us will be made in Australian dollars, by the same method that they were paid to us – a refund to your American Express, Visa or Mastercard or by electronic transfer of freely available funds for same day value. Any transfer or foreign exchange fees are for your account.

(f) When you must pay – time is of the essence. You must pay all amounts on the date of written notice from us, or if later, the date set out in these terms or that written notice. Time is of the essence for any payments by you to us. If you are more than seven days late making payment, then we will charge you interest at a rate equal to the overdraft rate applicable to the account used by our agent to receive monies pursuant to these terms, plus 3 per cent. per annum, from the due date for payment to and including the date of payment. Interest will accrue daily and compound monthly.

(g) The amounts for payment set out in these terms are exclusive of GST. If any GST is payable on any supply made pursuant to these terms, then you will need to pay the GST in addition to amount specified. Our agent will in good faith issue tax invoices where any GST is payable.

12. Privacy and publicity

(a) We will only use your personal information as set out in our agent’s privacy notice. We may carry out background and credit reference checks on you and your guests. You consent and must procure that your guests consent to the disclosure of their personal information to governmental authorities and credit reference checking agencies for this purpose of these checks being carried out.

(b) Publication and social media. The property may not be used for or included in any publication for commercial or financial gain. You may not make any publication or post in any public or subscription forum referencing anything determined by us in good faith to be inappropriate considering the intended use of the property for private residential holiday accommodation, including by families, or any activity not permitted by these terms. On request from us, you will promptly remove, or procure the prompt removal, of any such publication or post.

13. Other important terms

(a) These terms prevail. If you made your booking through a booking agent other than Noosa Secret Destinations or a website other than https://www.noosasecretdestinations.com.au/, and there is an express conflict between these terms and the terms of that other booking agent or website, then other than in relation to payment and cancellation, these terms prevail between you and us, and in relation to payment and cancellation, the terms of the other booking agent or website apply.

(b) Licence not a tenancy. The agreement comprised of these terms is not a lease or residential tenancy agreement under relevant residential tenancy legislation. The Residential Tenancies and Room Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld) does not apply. As set out in these terms, failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of the booking, eviction from the property, and no refund of, and additional, fees and charges.

(c) Dates and times. Dates and times referred to in these terms are to dates and times in Noosa, Queensland, Australia.

(d) We may transfer the agreement with you for your booking to someone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another person. We will contact you to let you know if we do this.

(e) You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

(f) These terms may not be changed unless we consent in writing. These terms and the information set out in the booking schedule for your booking may only be changed if you and we agree to this in writing.

(g) We may change these terms at any time. Before we enter into an agreement with you, we may make changes to these terms to reflect changes in the law or for any other reason. The most up-to-date version of our terms will always be displayed on our agent’s website, so please review these before making a booking request.

(h) General terms are not limited. In these terms, the words "include" or "including" (or any similar term) are not to be interpreted as implying any limitation. Similarly, general words are not restricted by any preceding or following words indicating a particular class of acts, matters or things.

(i) If a court finds part of this agreement illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

(j) Entire agreement. These terms comprise the entire agreement between the you an us and supersede any and all previous negotiations or agreements in relation to the property and your booking.

(k) Even if we delay in enforcing this agreement, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaching these terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

(l) Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by laws of Queensland, Australia and you can bring legal proceedings in connection with this agreement only in the Queensland courts.

House Rules for Noosa Secret Destinations

 

Schedule:

  • Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Booking Terms.

  • We and the property owner reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and to evict from the property, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance. 

Noosa Council Code of Conduct:
You must comply with the below list, any complaints received and passed on by Noosa Council may result in termination of your rental agreement and eviction from the property. 

  • Vehicles to be stored to not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining premises, and be parked within parking facilities on the premises where provided.

  • Use of the premises, including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an outdoor entertainment area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must not: a. detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining or in the vicinity of the premises; or b. cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); or c. display unacceptable behaviour (for example loud aggressive behaviour; yelling, screaming, arguing; excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing; or create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise))

  • An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent, caravan, campervan or similar facility.

  • Pets occupying the premises must be managed and not cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance).

  • General waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) must be placed in a waste container.

  • The grounds of the premises are kept in a safe and tidy condition.

 Check In Procedure:

  • Check in is from 2pm on the Arrival Date, please confirm your ETA prior to your arrival and we will meet you at the property, show you around and take your bond. 

  • You may request an early check in; however, approval of your request is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • You may request your luggage to be stored on the Arrival Date prior to check in, approval of your request is required.

 Check Out Procedure:

  • Check out is no later than 10am on the Departure Date.  You may request to vary these times; however, approval of your request is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • You must advise us of the time of your departure at least 24 hours before the Departure Date.

  • Ensure all A/C, heaters, ceiling fans, and lights are switched off.

  • Lock all doors and windows securely.

  • Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate refuse and recycling bins.

  • Stack dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher cycle.

  • Leave used towels neatly piled in the bathrooms; avoid leaving wet towels on carpets or timber floors.

  • Please be mindful that any stains on our linens or towels, such as blood, fake tan, foundation, or spills, may result in additional cleaning costs deducted from your bond.

  • If you've used the BBQ area, kindly ensure it is left clean and tidy.

  • If you rearranged any furniture, please return it to its original position.

  • Don't forget to log out from any streaming platforms you may have accessed during your
    stay.

  • You must return all keys and remotes to us prior to leaving the property.

  • Lost keys may result in the changing of the locks for the whole property at your expense, and will be deducted from your security bond, or charged to the credit card used upon booking.

  • Outstanding accounts on departure, such as hiring charges, cleaning fees, property damage, or breakages, will be deducted from your security bond.

 Number of Guests:

  • The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in writing and approved on the Confirmation Form or subsequently agreed in writing.

  • Fees will apply to any additional guests not approved by us or the owners in advance.

  • Any misrepresentation regarding the number of guests or the intention of your stay may result in termination of your rental agreement, eviction from the property and forfeiture of any monies paid.

  • Visitors may visit you at the property, however, may not remain at the property overnight.

  • Visitors should not exceed the number of guests the property sleeps or10 persons (whichever is less) at any given time unless by prior written arrangement.

  • All Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and you are responsible for ensuring they do so. 

Linen and Towels:

  • The property has been supplied with linen, pillows, blankets, doona covers, doona inserts and towels.  These items must be left at the property on departure. 

  • Any damage to linen and towels including blood, makeup and self-tanner may incur a fee for additional cleaning and/or replacement.

  • Beach towels are provided complementary subject to availability.

  • If you require additional services/supplies, please contact us.  Additional charges may apply.

 Housekeeping:

  • A standard departure cleaning charge has been built into your nightly rental. If you wish more frequent cleaning or servicing, this may be scheduled at an additional charge.

  • Bookings made for 10 nights or more will receive one mid-stay complementary service & linen change.

  • Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure which result in extended housekeeping ours which will be charged against your security bond.  We reserve the right to charge additional costs over the amount of your security bond against the credit card used upon booking. 

Parking:

  • You must comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.

  • Parking arrangements at the property are as follows:

o   No parking on footpaths, foot path ramps, nature strips or across driveways

o   Vehicles are not to be parked straddling kerbs causing an obstruction.

o   Vehicles are not to be parked contrary to signs in an area that is regulated.

 Garbage and Recycling:

  • You must dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with usual practice at the property (as set out in the house compendium) in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

  • Garbage and recycling arrangements at the property are set put in the house compendium.

  • Once a week we will come and put bins out for collection.

Swimming Pools and Spa’s:

  • The swimming pool and spa (if applicable) must not be used between 10pm and 8am. The Noosa Council Code of Conduct must be always followed. 

  • No glassware is permitted in the pool and spa.

  • Once a week the pool contractor will need access to the property to service the pool and spa (if available).

Security:

  • Whenever you are absent from the property; you must close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. 

  • All doors and windows must be locked and secured at night.

  • You must notify us immediately of any security issues, including break ins and theft.

  • Neither we nor the owners take responsibility for your personal belongings during your stay at the property.

 Deck and Balcony Areas:

  • You must take caution on outdoor tiles, pavers, concrete and or any surface, as the surface may be slippery when wet.

  • The outdoor entertaining area including the pool area must not be utilised after 10pm.  This means all guests must be inside the house with doors closed and with outside lights turned off after these times.   

Parties, Functions & Commercial Activities:

  • Parties, functions, and any commercial activities are strictly prohibited.  If you host a party or function on the property, your rental agreement may be terminated, and you may forfeit any monies paid.  An additional function fee may also be charged. 

  • Photographs and videos taken at the property cannot be used for commercial or advertising purposes or for financial gain or benefit without written permission from us or the owner of the property. 

Disturbance and Antisocial Behaviour:

  • Noosa Council Code of Conduct as above, must be always followed. 

  • Offensive and excessive noise, especially between 10pm and 8am is prohibited and may result in termination of your rental agreement, eviction loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Booking Terms.

  • You must not engage in antisocial behaviour and must minimise any impact upon neighbours and the local community.

  • If we receive a complaint(s) from neighbours, Noosa Council, local community regarding any offensive or excessive noise or antisocial behaviour, a security service may be engaged to respond.  The security service has the authority to record call outs.  If security is called out to the property, you will be charged for the call out fee, your rental agreement may be terminated, and you may forfeit any monies paid.

  • Strippers, topless waitpersons, escorts, sex workers and associated industries are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.

  • No outdoor nudity is permitted on the property under any circumstances.

  • Illegal drugs and illegal activities are prohibited on the property under all circumstances.  Alcohol should be consumed in a responsible manner.

  • Children aged 13 or under must be always supervised by an adult.   

Smoking and Vaping:

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors (including the garage) or within 5 metres of any open window or door.

  • You must remove any cigarette butts for the property on departure.

  • If tobacco odour is noted on the departure inspection, you may be charged for additional cleaning to remove the odour.

 Pets

  • No pets are allowed either on the grounds of the property or inside the property under any circumstances without prior permission from us or the owner of the property.  Any unapproved pets found to on the property may result in termination of your rental agreement, eviction from the property and forfeiture of any monies paid.

  • If you are staying at one of our pet friendly properties and have received approval, you must follow the following rules:

  • Pets are not allowed on carpet, furniture, or bedding.

  • Please provide a bed and bowl for your dog.

  • Pets are not to be left alone inside the property or outside the property for lengthy periods of time.  Pets can stress when left in an unfamiliar environment.  Any complaints from neighbours or Noosa Council may result in immediate eviction. 

  • On the day of your departure please check all external areas, lawn and garden and remove any excreted matter, bones, toys etc. 

  • Any additional cleaning or damage caused by the pet during your stay will incur costs to repair/replace.  This fee will be taken out of your bond.

 Damages, Breakages and Maintenance:

  • You must report any damage or breakages to us.

  • We may deduct from your security bond the amount required to repair or replace any items (at our discretion).

  • You must advise us of any non-emergency maintenance issues at the earliest opportunity during business hours.  We will endeavour to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently.

  • You must advise us of emergency maintenance issues at the earliest opportunity.  We will endeavour to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently.

  • You must allow repair/service technicians access to the property during reasonable hours.  Failure to follow this procedure may hinder our ability to rectify the issue.
