Spaces open out toward the river, framed by a statement pool window and feature lighting carried through every living area.
Across three levels, connected by a private lift, the home holds four bedrooms on the ground and master levels, with living and dining floating above on the first floor - a layout suited to multigenerational stays. Above it all, a Mediterranean-influenced rooftop retreat holds a heated spa, sauna with steam shower, gym access, an indoor bar, and an outdoor table for ten, set against the Noosa River.
Travertine, timber and limewash finishes carry the connection between inside and out, with smart technology woven through to make each stay effortless. Arrival begins with a private meet-and-greet and a welcome hamper with champagne; daily housekeeping follows, along with two bikes and Stand Up Paddle boards for exploring the river from the door.
